Last Housing Update for a While (I swear)
We're closing on the 10th on a townhouse in the central district. Good central location, just over a mile and a half from work. Perhaps I can drop my carbon footprint by a few more tons? It's already passed inspection, so we're just finagling the finance. I'm already wishing I had spent a couple more years saving and knocked out my student loans instead. Buyer's remorse is (fortunately) predictable.
Anyway, if all goes well, then we'll be moving on the 12th - 15th. Good bye Maple Leaf, with your excellent Chinese food and neighborhood wine store. Welcome Central District, with your amazing Ethiopian food and... um...
